Your Project
1- Discovery Phase
Your project will start with a ‘Discovery Phase,’ where we get a deeper understanding of the project, business goals, and technical requirements. The main objectives of this phase are:
Forge a shared understanding of the business and project goals.
Define the tech stack and solution architecture.
We will review your strategic objectives, resources, timeframes, and technical preferences.
Once we agree on a tech stack, we can start warming up our Dev Team for subsequent phases.
2- Get Ready Phase
Once the initial definitions are available, we will start having co-creation sessions to chart the ‘User Journey’. We will discuss the views, specify the key features, and prioritize the backlog. The main objectives of this phase are:
Define User Journey & Site map.
Proof of concept (if relevant)
Refine MVP scope (User Stories)
If necessary, an analysis of the project’s technical feasibility is carried out by developing a proof-of-concept prototype covering the key integrations and critical tech challenges.
3- Development Phase
During this stage, we will co-create, design, and develop the initial user stories using agile methodologies. The Product Owner is welcome to join the team's Daily Standup meetings to help resolve blockers and provide clarification.
After each sprint, we ‘demo’ our deliverables at the Review Meeting. The main objectives of this phase are:
Creating UX deliverables.
Creating UI assets.
Front-end development.
Back-end development.
Testing the deliverables.
4- Learn & Evolve Phase
Finally, after each iteration, we’ll analyze data to try to understand what is working and not, identify trends and patterns, and make informed decisions about what to prioritize next, improving your chance of success and increasing customer satisfaction. Usual steps in this phase are:
Understanding each problem.
Designing experiments, metrics, and types of analysis.
Capturing, cleaning, and organizing data.
Setting up tools for data exploration and analysis.
Facilitating possible interpretations and decisions.

Cameras on: nonverbal communication accounts for 60–70% of human communication, so it’s essential for us. No bullying allowed, don’t worry!
Recorded meetings: we record most of our meetings, especially our Scrum ceremonies. This allows the team (PO included) to double-check data. Those videos are private; our NDA protects their confidentiality. Don’t forget to smile!
Updated Jira boards: we use Kanban boards and other visual tools to track our progress and detect blockers soon. Updated Jira statuses and Tempo logging (for flexible billing) are vital for collaborative remote teamwork. We love it!
